Jennifer Patterson

Jennifer Patterson has a BA in Psychology and Elementary Education, a Master's of Library and Information Science, a Master's of Public Administration, and Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR). She has over twenty-five years of leadership experience, including roles as the State Librarian of Oregon, Assistant Director at Everett Public Library, Chief Operating Officer of YouthCare, Public Services Director at Seattle Public Library, Customer Experience Manager at Pierce County Library System, and Dean of Learning Resources at Edmonds College. 

Jennifer has been a consultant since 2022 and loves the opportunity to work with organizations across the country to support them in reaching their goals.
